Nice hotel and facilities, well equipped room. | The first room I was in was freezing and I could not turn off the AC it was broken. I kept calling for support and I had to insist to change room at like 10pm as I could not sleep because of the cold. The new room did not have that issue but you have a mandatory ventilation that you cant turn off that was honestly bothering me.

Шикарный новый отель в Даунтауне. Первое впечатление-слишком яркий, кричащий, похожий на современные сетевые «тройки». Но он совсем другой и очень классный. С кнопки открываются шторки для дневного света, шторки на ночь, меняется подсветка душевой. Все чисто, все новое. Кроватт выше всяких похвал-очень крутое белоснежное белье, подушки и одеяло, матрас прекрасны, сон был супер! Очень красивый огромный лобби. Есть помещения для переговоров, столы для работы в лобби. Завтрак был просто шикарен! Красная рыба, авокадо, крем чиз, выбор горячего, фрукты, сок, горячие напитки по заказу. Идеально для подготовки к просмотру Лос-Анджелеса! На входе можно самостоятельно сделать check-in. Видели отели Америки-этот рядом не стоял, поверьте! | Наличные НЕ принимают от слова совсем. Раковина находилась в самой комнате, не в туалете. Район отвратительный. В выходные там нет людей, одни наркоманы и бомжи. В рабочие дни вечером после 20-00 лучше не выходить на улицу-картина та же) В номере забыл переходник для розетки для Американской сети. Написал в поддержку-мне мило ответили, что все найдут, и я смогу забрать. Тишина. Я спросил, нашли ли? Мне посоветовали обратиться на рецепцию отеля. Я вернулся из круиза и заехал в отель забрать свой адаптер. Никто ничего не искал и искать не собирался. После долгого ожидания, каких-то вопросов-мне просто ответили, что ничего не находили. Хотя странно, явно, что можно было это найти, так как написал через полчаса после выезда из отеля, когда ехал в такси. В номере явно никого на тот момент не было, кроме горничной. Вот такой неприятный осадок
