Located downtown close to all downtown Phoenix has to offer. | We got our room and were immediately greeted by a dog barking next to us every move we made. We went and spoke to the front desk. The guy seemed to not know what their animal policy was but he agreed to change rooms but we had to go back and get all our stuff out because he said as soon as he gave us new keys we would be locked out. Ok back up get out stuff, bring it back down, to get new keys to go back up. We got the new keys and a different front desk person said oh you were by the dog, we have to get to the bottom of that, which showed the first guy had no idea what he was doing. We go out to valet, which was apparently lunch time for them as they were NO help at all. One kid said they had 15 spaces outstanding and reserved while the other 75 spaces were full. They were hotel valet but more worried about valet for the theater across the street. Told us we could walk 2 blocks away and park ourselves for $10 less than the $45 to valet. We found other parking. Manager asked us what she would like us to do about it. She finally said I'll deposit 1500 points in your Hyatt account, which equates to about $25. We will never stay at that Hyatt ever again.
