Beautiful view, off season is a fine time. | They add very odd fees rather than being transparent that they’re going to charge you extra and force you to eat their breakfast. Their staff was mostly unhelpful when asking for help with our broken phone when attempting to order room service. They gave us guff and said it was our fault the phone was dead. The room was very far away from the front desk and it’s unreasonable to talk 10 minutes to the front desk and then wait over an hour just for some towels because we weren’t even given more than 2 in the first place. Front desk seemed too eager to talk about themselves for too long, and ignored me when I asked for a close place to eat. Checkout staff was equally as unhelpful when I tried to explain myself. But they sure did apologize to my partner after he complained!
