Clean comfortable | No kcup machines for guest kitchen staff was rude to my nephew she yelled at him

The hotel room and breakfast was great. Great service. Will return. | The pool did not seem hygienic. When asked when was the last time they checked the chlorine which should be multiple times a day tbey said within the past year. My husband works in pool maintenance so the high chlorine smell deterred us from swimming which left some disappointed kids. But this would be an easy fox to get figured it out.

Not sure. The pillows were nice. | Definitely not what we expected. The fact thats there's no parking but it wasn't really expressed in the website. The valet was outrageous but pretty much the only staff interaction we had. The exhaust in the bathroom did not work. There were no toiletries other than the shampoo and conditioner bolted to the wall. There wasn't even a hair dryer. The sheets didn’t fit the bed and housekeeping didn’t come in at all while we were there. We woke up to extremely loud music first thing in the morning. Overall just disappointed, way too expensive for the service we received.
