We had 2 rooms. We only had one. The other room was dirty room at check in. Veiw was of a home being remodeled.

The private balcony was wonderful and even though the hotel was convenient to downtown, you didn't hear the road noise and on weekdays the traffic was not congested that far out of the center of town. There is plenty of parking and a trolley stop right in front of the office and another across the street for the return ride. There is also a crosswalk there. Our stay was much more relaxed once we started using the trolley system to get around, and this hotel is perfect if you plan to use that. There are a number of shops and restaurants within walking distance and the free breakfast was very complete. They have biscuits and gravy, sausage links, scrambled eggs, pancakes, several different cereals, fruit, yogurt, bagels, milk, orange juice, coffee, and all the usual condiments. Very nice and convenient. Several people we ran into said they stayed there every year. I highly recommend it.

Room not clean. Cleaning lady refused to come back to clean the room. Beautiful river view in the back but dirty balcony. Nice check in. Breakfast was minimalist.

Everything was great! able to walk to everything but yet quiet

Breakfast is ok, scrambled eggs and sausage, pancakes ,coffee and cereals, yogurt and milk, muffins and baggels . No tea or toast . Property is well maintained for a mountain lodge, the stream right behind is a plus, very pretty. Overall was a good deal for the price especially since has free parking

Room was not clean. Food crumbs and wrappers were under night stand and another table. I informed front desk and was told it would be corrected. It was not. Spoke to manager who explained that housekeeping was being done by an outside company and she would notify them immediately. She was very apologetic and I hope they get the issue resolved as otherwise our stay was good.

It was okay for price. People nice
