本次住宿體驗非常糟糕，已遠低於合理的住宿標準。 1. 嚴重誤導的房型資訊 我是在看到「有 spa bath」的條件下才選擇此房型，但實際入住後完全沒有，這已經構成明顯的不實描述與誤導消費者。若早知道沒有該設施，我不會選擇這間飯店。 2. 基本服務失能 check-in 時櫃檯無人值守，讓客人等待超過 10 分鐘才有人出現，顯示管理與人力安排明顯有問題。 3. 清潔與房務問題嚴重 連住兩晚，第二天完全沒有進行房務整理，也沒有提供乾淨毛巾。浴室本身也不乾淨，整體衛生品質令人不放心。 4. 設備故障卻無法處理 房間電話無法使用，導致無法聯絡櫃檯協助。房卡其中一張也無法使用，顯示櫃檯在基本設定上就有疏失。 5. 整體品質與價格不符 早餐品質差，整體服務與設施水準遠低於應有標準，與價格完全不相符。

Beautiful room with a view of the mountains . Pool was just the right temp! Very enjoyable stay.
