Breakfast was great! For the most part, the room was clean and met my standards. Staff was okay. | The guy who checked us in should have told us there was a fee for parking. I shouldn’t have receive a final invoice w/parking fee that he didn’t inform us.

We've stayed here before and have been happy. Breakfast was great, staff super friendly, great location to Short Vine bars and restaurants. Great place to stay when visiting your Cincy kids. | Unfortunately, one night of our stay our car got broken into. 2 windows smashed in. The hotel has cameras, and were supposed to have a security guard over-night but they didn't show up. 5 cars were broken into. It was extremely frustrating and an inconvenience. The police didn't even come to make a report. The hotel was helpful and let us borrow a shop vac to clean the glass. It's a great location for us to visit our college kids, but we won't be staying here again being that the hotel lot is easily accessible to those who believe stealing and vandalizing other peoples properties is some sort of "fun" or right of passage. WE love Cincy...but the crime is out of hand.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were well maintained. Any issue was quickly addressed and staff made sure to call you by name | The eggs were cold as was the sausage.

We were chopped in very quickly, no weight. Our room was clean and smelled like nothing so that is great. Lots of towel towels for the four of us had stayed there. My only gripe is that I had two rooms and they charged us nine dollars for each room for parking when we only had one car. I had to call back to tell him this and they said oh yeah you just had one parking pass I said yes I did. They should keep track of these things so people don’t have to call back to get their money back or maybe it’s just a plan to get more money for parking.

The breakfast | My prescription medication was stolen from my room. Also, my Bluetooth earbuds were stolen. The staff was dismissive of my complaint and did nothing towards a resolution.

Location | Mattresses were old and sunk in. Parking lots were not cleared of snow making walking and driving very difficult. Breakfast items were served cold.

Super close the concert venue. Close to food and easy to find. | Absolutely nothing. The best place I’ve stayed in months.
