Seem like an unsafe area. They were homeless tent set up right outside. Parking was very minimal and cramped also
Updated/clean | The AC didn’t work in our room. The locks on the door were too easy for my toddler to open/escape.
Breakfast, cleanliness, comfortable beds
Unfortunately, the first room 310 assigned on February 21 had no heat and the young lady at the front desk came to check it out because she said she was the only one there. No housekeeping or engineer. She came and confirmed and assigned us to Room 316. Heat not much better. The next morning, no hot water for shower. Oh my God, I said that cannot be real. This made the stay extremely uncomfortable, especially given the cold weather. I reported the issue, but it was not resolved, and I was not offered an alternative solution. A lack of basic necessities such as heat and hot water is unacceptable for any guest, and it In significantly impacted my experience. I respectfully request that you review this matter and provide an appropriate resolution, whether in the form of a refund. I have also disputed the transaction with my credit card company. I do not wish any other form of compensation as my husband and I are in our 70s and he is blind. It was horrific. I have disputed my credit card charge based on your services. Never
