We’ve stayed here many times, even when it was still Water Street Inn. We love the place and location. The breakfast is top notch. | It’s gotten more expensive, but so has everything else. We are retired and on a fixed budget, so have to watch our pennies. Maybe they could offer a big discount for repeat customers? But other than that, it’s a great place to stay.

Very cute place immediately close to Old Town Santa Fe Town center. Quiet and comfortable with nice food and bar on site. | The restaurant and bar are advertised as open until 9 pm but we never experienced consistent availability. They would close anywhere from 7 to 8 if they just didn't want to work anymore. Lots of birds so the patio is nice to sit at but lots of droppings that are never cleaned up.

I was interested in a town center location in a territorial setting. | "Catfished" by Booking.com or the Hotel. I booked a suit. I was billed for a suite. But was presented only with a Jr. Suite. This was extremely disappointing. I do not know who is responsible, but I'm left feeling very "catfished". I even have the receipts to prove what I was promised, and the failure of what was provided.

Cute room nice large bathroom | No Rack in room to lay suitcase on. No drawers to place items in. Was charged an additional $35 after I returned home when I called I was told it was a resort fee. I paid for this on booking.com completely it was breakfast included. I'm told the resort fee was for breakfast and water that was provided in room. This is unacceptable! Booked the room because breakfast is included in the price. Just warning others about this fee. Will not be going back.

This stay was a bad from the get go. We arrived at 7pm and there was no one to check us in. The bar tender was leaving and said our paperwork was in the late arrival box. We entered our room it was a cute, quaint, SantaFe style, but that is where the pleasantries ended. We soon figured out that the toilet barely functioned. The room was stuffy, and musty smelling so we tried the air conditioner, but that didn’t work. There was a ceiling fan but no way to turn it on. Our constant calls to, the staff, were unanswered and we soon realized, the hotel had zero employees on duty. The bedding on one bed was dated, stained snd tattered. It was cold in the middle of the night with only one small portable heater. We booked this property on Priceline and it was rated as a 4.5 star hotel! This was grossly overrated and no better than any 2 star hotel. We were in room 4. Not recommended!!

It’s cozy and the location was close to restaurant’s, local stores and scenic views. | No microwave in the rooms.

Quaint, comfortable room. Great breakfast. | Poor lighting in bathroom. Makeup mirror was available but did not light up.

Location | The room was old and tired/ thought parking and breakfast was included. Didnt know there would be additional cost for that. Breakfast was not worth the money.
