Close to everything. | The hotel's proximity to Hollywood, restaurants, and Universal Studios is highly convenient. We appreciate the diverse breakfast options, particularly the omelette and complimentary beverages, which I would rate 10 out of 10. However, our sole complaint concerns the shower, which we reported to the staff at 8 a.m. on our first day, and they assured us it would be addressed in our absence. Upon returning in the evening, we discovered that the issue remained unresolved. We subsequently contacted the front desk to report the inadequate shower head pressure, which proved to be a frustrating experience, especially given the sweltering temperature of 90F and high humidity, making a refreshing shower a necessity after a long day out.

My family and I loved everything. | The room was on the warmer side, we don’t know if the ac was working properly but it felt like the air wasn’t flowing in the room.

Breakfast was awesome. Bed was comfortable. The room was awesome too. Suites are the way to go. | The AC was very loud. I'm probably just not used to it.

Family oriented, breakfast was made easy with young children. The check-in was simple and they were accommodating to early check in and late check out. | The pool, not so clean.
