The staff were super nice! They were very welcoming and that there was security at night at the door. They had coffee and iced water free in the lobby which was constantly refilled once empty. | Not huge, just bed linen has holes (worn down).

I appreciate the free morning coffee and water. It was very quiet. Water pressure and temp was fantastic in the restroom. | Outdated. Unsafe surrounding areas. Wasn’t able to connect our fire stick. Does not accept deliveries. Thin walls. Smaller room. Tight space. Inattentiveness of the staff.

Great location, close to concert venue and on the bus route. The staff is welcoming and professional. Modern coffee maker and tea kettle in the room was a nice surprise. The hotel is clean and comfortable, and the security presence is reassuring. | Seattle is a large city and there are always people on the streets. This isn’t the fault of the hotel and we didn’t feel unsafe walking through the neighborhood. There is some traffic noise, but we expect that being on the bus route.
