I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The lobby was spacious and beautifully designed, making a great first impression. Everything was spotless, which I really appreciated. The staff was super friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. One of the highlights was dining at the restaurant, Carcara. | Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

The room was clean and fine. I just think its a little overprice. The people where nice. | The rooms where small and the amenities in the bathroom scarce for the price.

Location and room were excellent! Facilities were well cared for, clean and staff were attentive. | Restaurant breakfast options were poor and expensive. Prices were much higher than expected by comparison especially when a lot of options are close by. MARRIOTT DOUBLE CHARGED FOR THE DESTINATION FEE. It's been over 2 weeks since my stay and I'm STILL dealing with Marriott/Sheraton to get a refund on this. The hotel will bill an invoice on checkout for taxes and "urban fees" that if you booked through booking.com, you paid for as destination fees. I argued with them on the phone and they verbally agreed but after another 10 days, I had to call Marriott back to find out and they decided that no they are different and they will not refund me the invoice. Thankfully, Booking.com also addressed it and did end up refunding me the invoice amount I was charged. The hotel itself is great but the after stay billing headache and SNEAKY DOUBLE CHARGING is absolutely SCUMMY.

The towels are wash clothes were so used it was nasty to think about putting them on your skin or face. The trash was never picked up by the doors. | I could not get coffee for free and the towels and wash clothes were extremely used and dingy. The bed was not very comfortable.
