Spectacular views from corner suite on 48th floor. | Kitchen area had no utensils, cutlery, or any other items normally found in a kitchen.
The rooms were big. Some staff are very kind and helpful. | I booked a three-night stay in a corner suite, but on the first day I was offered a different (cheaper) room due to some sort of fault in the suite. It was disappointing as I was looking forward to the view from the corner suite. I was offered a $50 credit for this. I suppose it’s better than nothing but as this could only be used at the bar next to the lobby. So I wasn’t particularly pleased as I had really no plan on using the bar, to be honest. From the second day onwards, I was moved into the Corner Suite I had booked, but there was a fault in the bathroom yet. If you left the hot water running for a while, the cold water stopped coming out. The jacuzzi was also not working properly, which left me feeling rather underwhelmed. There were absolutely no kitchenware at the time of check-in including glasses, so I called room service but it took about an hour to get what I needed. For a hotel that bills itself as a five-star establishment, the amenities were bare minimum, and personally, it was the first time I’d stayed in a hotel that didn’t even provide a shoehorn…

De zeer ruime kamers, de goede ligging tov the strip. Hele ruime badkamer, de gratis valet parking. Alles werkte perfect. En niet midden in de drukte. | Jammer dat er geen mogelijkheid was om naar een ontbijt buffet te gaan
