Great villa and fantastic having jet ski rental on site | There was no need for valet parking as the cars were practically outside the villa anyway

Clean and comfy room, very large and spacious Shuttle bus was great, | Expensive valet parking. Cleaning of our room was done quite late, after 5, always when we had just returned for a nap, quite inconvenient.

Das Zimmer sowie das Badezimmer waren geräumig, der Balkon war groß | Das Frühstück war geschmacklich sehr gut jedoch etwas klein geraten, es bestand aus etwas Obst, zwei kleine Dänische Zimtschnecken und eine kleine Schüssel Joghurt mit Cerealien und Früchten als Topping, sowie Kaffee und Tee. Das Restaurant befindet sich, wie auch die Hotelbar im Freien und die frei herumlaufenden Hähne, für die Key West ja bekannt ist muss man mögen

Nice property and facilities. I liked the deck outside the property for early morning coffee. Location a little out of town, but good shuttle service available. Valet Parking only, but good service. Would “love” the property if not for the dislikes below. | Be aware that this hotel takes Spring Break bookings, and therefore can be noisy. To be fair they moved one of our party quickly when we complained about the noise. Hotel has a non smoking policy, which is not enforced as some balconies littered with cigarette stubs

Relaxing, great pools,tropical feeling | Not enough storage space in rooms for clothes, only 1 place to eat and drink on site

Location and the size of the rooms. Pool areas were nice. Staff were friendly and valet were quick with the cars. Waitress at pool bar was really nice and helpful | Housekeeping had to be requested and wasn't great. Rooms need more basic supplies such as cutlery and plates. The windows were filthy and need a good clean to see the views outside. Showers had little water pressure. No baby facilities like high chairs etc
