The staff is very nice. | Carpet in my room was dirty and the mattress uncomfortable due deformation(old?).

It was clean and accessible to many restaurants and right off the highway! | Breakfast could’ve been a little better more options for warm food. Bed was a little uncomfortable. Came back from hot springs and room smelled like someone was smoking cigarettes near us or next door. Smelled horrible!!!!

From the first moment we walked through the door we received such friendly and kind service. The ladies at the front desk were so nice! We loved big spacious clean room and the breakfast in the morning was delicious. This will be the place that we stay whenever we come to come to Glenwood Springs from now on. | I didn't like that the pool was across the street at the other hotel, but we were happy and thankful that it was available for us to use.

Spacious suite had everything we needed. The full kitchen was really great.The beds were comfy. The covered parking was also really great to avoid the snow. | Only three small negatives. Our room was at the very end of the hall and the wifi had very spotty connection. It also took 10 minutes for the water to heat up in the shower. Lastly, found out the hard way that breakfast closes at 9 am sharp. Don't go down at 9:01 and expect it to be open.
