Everyone was nice | My toilet was clogged up but they put me n a different room so I was satisfied
It was very clean and nice facility with good staff. | For the cost of the room, it seems they could have better lighting in the room. The sparse lamps were not enough in then evening to adequately light the room. The shower was a little small.
The property was clean and staff very friendly. | We found an old used washcloth in our bathroom on the shower and on our sink and the shower was very lite barely water coming out.
The location is really good if you’re going to a baseball game or the convention center. | They were out of hot water for several days and it was a situation that I felt and fixed much quicker. The staff was not very attentive when you were there. Pretty much sitting on their phones, ignoring you.
Nothing | There was no hot water for 4 days!
