Location was great! We were right on the water, which was lovely. We had a Beautiful night time view of mountain coaster lit up, and a beautiful day time vies if the River, babbling loudly; with the mountain coaster across the street. Breakfast was good- we made our own waffles and had juice and coffee sbd hot chocolate, looking at the River. Hotel coffee is never great, so I got a better one later | As I said, hotel coffee isnt great; I’m not sure how it can be improved. The woman at the front desk who checked is in was professional enough, though not overly friendly And welcoming. Maybe because it was so late? If that’s the case. Maybe she should work a different shift.

Great property with a convenient location for easy walking distance to the rest of Gatlinburg. Fire pits by the river with picnic areas. | It was all great

The hotel has had some updating! Breakfast was good. Location was good… minutes walk from the strip. We had a 4th floor balcony on the river side and the view was great. The sound of the water was so soothing and at night you can watch the mountain coaster across the road. Great rooms for the price. Will stay here again. | The mattresses were not comfortable… very hard.

The river | our room smelt like marijuana. The place was dirty. I found black hair everywhere in the bathroom. We got a comforter out of the drawer. It had stains all over it. The toilet kept getting clogged up. The refrigerator didn’t work.

Room was decent, bathroom wasn’t clean | Sure didn’t match the pictures online , cleanliness in the rooms were poor

The sound of the river and the views on the patio are amazing. At night time the view of the mountain coaster lights was a special touch.
