Good location. | Room was filthy and smelled very bad. We couldn’t stay it was so smelly and dirty. The toilet looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in a while and the tub was filthy and moldy along with the shower curtain. Floors dirty.

The location and room size was great. | The front desk staff was very difficult to understand. There were no beverage choices with breakfast. I was told to get water from the vending machine. That was unacceptable.

Overall, I would definitely give this Hampton Inn another chance even though there were a few things that prompted my 3 star rating. I stayed in a studio suite-seems it may have been recently renovated as the room seemed very modern. They are currently going under some renovation in the lobby and the breakfast area. The location is great as well. The reason for the 3 stars is mainly due to housekeeping. Having just entered my room, I had to use the bathroom only to discover used toilet paper sitting the bowl. Not very impressive but easy enough fix by flushing it away. The next morning, while taking a shower, I go to use some conditioner and the bottle is completely empty. To me, this is a reflection on housekeeping either rushing through their job or just not caring. You can see if the bottle is empty. The last issue I had was with their pillows. In my decades of traveling and staying in hotels, these were by far the worst pillows I have ever slept on. Seemed like they were filled with tissue paper as they offered no support. I could almost squeeze one into a small ball. Needless to say, that led to a very restless night of sleep. Lastly, it looks like the AC unit in this room has seen its better days (see photo).
