Family loved it! The branding and atmosphere is always amazing. The staff is super hospitable. I wanted to give a well deserved shout out for the breakfast buffet to Tu, Julio, and Damian (sorry if I misspelled, he made an amazing omelette. Also wanted to shout out Ella and Zoltan at the Laser Tag game. They were awesome too.

Dez and Ulises at loose moose Lodge, They served us both nights, and I could not have felt more high class than the service that these two provided to me. Absolutely loved it from the personality that they Exubgerated all the way down to the absolute perfect service that was given to me. Very attentive. I could tell even when walking past my table to service another table, I could genuinely feel the both of them paying attention to detail and acknowledging my table whenever something looked off. Was questionable about the other guests and the kindest found around, but these two made The Great Wolf Lodge Williamsburg really stand out. I will be back to see such a great staff

Ulises took amazing care of us. He had quick and perfect suggestions by just asking simple leading questions. Every suggestion was spot on. What an amazing asset to your team. 10 stars for Ulises In addition, the attractions were great. The entire family had a wonderful time. This was our first time, but we are already planning our next visit (before this one is over)

A wonderful place to bring the kids where you feel safe and secure with your little ones running around! Everyone is so friendly, it's like a huge family gathering!

I wanted to take a moment to share how much my family and I appreciated our stay. From the start, Lashakeema was amazing and helped us with a great room conveniently located near the elevator. Housekeeping was truly amazing. I do not know how they were able to clean so fast. During the winter storm, I ended up getting sick, and David and his team went above and beyond to support my family and me. They checked on me throughout my stay, made sure we had what we needed, and helped ensure my family was safe and comfortable. Their care truly meant a lot. I also want to recognize the Loose Moose dining staff, especially Ms. Veronica. She was incredibly patient and kind with my children, and the dining area was clean, welcoming, and well-run. The food was excellent, and dining there was genuinely one of the best parts of our trip. Thank you to every staff member, including those I didn’t mention by name, for helping make this last-minute getaway such a positive experience. We chose to come because we wanted somewhere safe during the storm and being able to relax, spend time together as a family, and not stress was priceless. This was definitely our favorite waterpark, and we look forward to visiting again.

They went above and beyond during multiple character meet and greets/crafts/games. They sang, danced, took pictures, and made my daughter's stay amazing.

Lizz worked in the area where you turn your tickets in at the arcade. She was extremely helpful and friendly. We appreciated her help and her friendly demeanor. She had excellent customer service.
