In my opinion “ 1 hotel” is the best in San Francisco, because it’s located on the first line of the coast and views from windows are breathtaking! The atmosphere in hotel makes u feel like home, all workers are very friendly and helpful, whatever I ask -they give me answer. They found for me beauty salon for Russian manicure, even they gave me Hair tie on reception. So big thanks for: Christina, Antony, Dani, Jeremy. Also Jemar made me cool pics near entrance and Hoce showed me different rooms and helped with choice. That’s why to this hotel I want return again and again! But the most amazing is that they give amazing bicycle to discover around, emotions that I felt during riding are one on the stronger that I could get traveling around all USA, so don’t miss this opportunity!

1 Hotel San Francisco has one of the best locations in the city if you like being near the waterfront. The views, the walkability, and the easy access to the Ferry Building and Embarcadero make it a great place to stay. The design feels modern and calming, with a style that is upscale without feeling cold. It’s the kind of hotel that feels current and comfortable at the same time. A few of us from The Green Cross always notice when a place manages to feel fresh while still fitting into the energy of San Francisco, and this one does that really well.

Just had a massage done at the spa. Amela and Mira were amazing.

The perfect way to celebrate your special someone and be delighted with the quality of service and attention. Truly a blissful experience. Highly recommend booking on any occasion and for self care. The spa and staff exceeded our expectations.

Our Stay at 1 Hotel was great, the have friendly staff and the hotel itself was clean also comfortable. My wife also got a chance to check out the Bamford Wellness Spa which was being overseen by Amal who was such wonderful vibe. My wife seemed to be super comfortable and relaxed after her visit to the spa. If you have the time I highly recommend it.

Amal was very accommodating to squeeze me in last min for aromatic bath salt soak. The vibe was very welcoming and relaxing. The bath was amazing and the temperature was just right. Bathing on the roof top with wonderful weather was just perfect to end our stay here.

This is a spa only review since I didn’t stay at the hotel: the massage I got with Chrystal was amazing. I’m so grateful I found this place and for her work!

Hotel is beautiful and in a very convenient location. We were fortunate to stay during warm weather. We got a massage at Bamford and it was amazing. There was gorgeous view of the bay bridge. Highly recommend.
