Breakfast was good.

Convenience | The hotel canceled my reservation, said there was never any such reservation. They threatened to lock me out the room, made my stay extremely stressful. They demanded that I present my ID again on the second day, asked me to present an additional confirmation to prove i had a confirmed reservation. Tye bathroom toilet wasn’t working properly, water running in toilet constantly and it the shower water spewed everywhere-looked like it was in middle of a repair, handicap seat was on floor under the sink. The person i dealt with thought the situation was finnyy, was totally unprofessional.

The place was clean, even though you can see it was still going through some renovation. The room was clean. The bed was very comfortable. | I had a large stain on the fabric of the chair in my room. It appeared they tried to clean it but it didn’t work out so well. The AC unit is very loud when it cuts on. You have to turn the TV up a few clicks since they are close together, or turn on the CC on the TV to offset the noise. It does wake you up when it cuts in if you are a light sleeper like I am, so not a great night.

The staff at the reception desk was very unfriendly, she didn’t great us or smile. It was not a good start.
