location, value for the price, clean, well kept | small room, but expected given the price

The room was as expected. Remember, this is an economy motel so don't expect anything elaborate. But, it was clean, neat, and since we needed a handicap room, acquitted for our needs. | The staff with exception of one are very helpful, pleasant, and eager to help. The motel is nice with the exception that sometimes guest are extremely noisy, you might say inconsiderate of others, at night - being that the parking spaces are right in front of the rooms - and even though there is no smoking in front of the rooms many guest just shrug it off and do it anyways.

The bed and pillows were really comfortable and I loved that or room was right at the deck and we were able to sit just outside of our room and watch the sun set. | The laminate flooring is LITERALLY falling apart!! I ended up getting a piece of the flooring stabbed deep into my foot and it bled pretty bad after I pulled it out! 🥺 luckily for them, I'm not the type to run and get a lawyer and sue them! They really need to fix the flooring before someone else does though. It's not just in one spot, the entire room had broken floor boards everywhere in it! What a shame too, because it was a nice room with modern furnishings and really high ceilings. I would have given it a perfect 5 stars.

Great location and quiet. | Bathtub needs to be resealed and was sort of gross. Breakfast didn’t make sense.. who eats brownies at breakfast? Left my child’s school folder 100% and we called and asked if the cleaner found it but didn’t bother to call us back.

My stay had a few disappointing aspects. At check-in, the staff seemed unfriendly and showed little interest in welcoming or assisting guests, which left a poor first impression. Additionally, the breakfast options were quite limited, and supplies ran out quickly, making the morning experience less enjoyable. Overall, the service could benefit from more attentiveness and care. The room showed noticeable wear and needed attention.
