Exemplary staff, from the moment we arrived through checkout. Prompt responses when we made requests, and any needs we had were met with kindness and professionalism. Our room was terrific, with the highlights being the amount of overall space, the luxurious bathroom, and the entertainment system. Also, because I care so much about this myself, spotless rooms! Clean even to my borderline-obsessive standards! | The room itself was a touch dated and could use a refresh (primarily an aesthetic thing). Honestly, that's really all I can think of, and I've been sitting here for a few minutes trying to think of anything else.
