Staff friendly and nice pool and beach area | Room was small, much smaller than it appeared in photos, I think they’ve edited the website photos look better. Room was dark and not much storage for luggage. Hinges on bathroom door very rusty, had to make sure our infant didn’t touch them. Would not recommend for those with young/infant children.

Clean and comfortable. Convenient to everything. | The pool bar closes early. The “direct access” upgrade didn’t feel like it was worth the extra cost.

Room was clean, and bed was comfortable. Loved that we had a view of the water from the pool. The shuttle to/from DT was very convenient! Gabriel was amazing both in the restaurant and also singing by the pool! | The $25/day parking fee came as a surprise. However the fee was waived due to the elevator being out of order in our section of the resort. The bathroom sink drained very slowly. We were also across the hallway from a maid closet, where maid carts and dirty towels were left stored in the hallway all 4 days we stayed at this location.
