It starts with you cannot get the key to your place without talking to an extremely aggressive appointment person. We agreed to a sales pitch appointment in order to finally get our keys. He said we could simply show up and get our promotion gift. Not true we had to stay for an hour and a half to not be charged $60. The sales lady was nice we felt sorry for her because all the managers were extremely aggressive and not nice. One guy told my wife to tell me to put my phone away or our 90 minute required stay would not start. The resort is ok but spoiled by the ridiculously aggressive front end

The units need to be scanned for non functional items and address the current average persons needs.

As we entered the lobby to check in to visit grandkids in area. It was a gauntlet of sales rep pressure to get you for presentation of vacation club? They repeatedly said it was vacation club not Timeshare? We went ! Questions again about timeshare, they said not timeshare “vacation club” . Keisha and Marshall( if you see them run) total deception and coercion. They got us to sign up after many hours of pressure. We cancelled first contract two days later. Then they wouldn’t let us cancel. They talked us into second contract at lower rate. We can not use this Timeshare in any way. They lied about how we could use for ant type of vacation. Has Iceland trip planned . Total fail on their part. Thank goodness for ASA. Tried use them for country road trip total fail. Thank goodness for trivago and hotels com. Nothing but lies and deception . They took over $5000 from us. With nothing but heart ache . Please don’t fall into this trap like we did. Our retirement and fixed income won’t work with this company. They are con artist! Club Wyndham/ travel-Liesure are very difficult to deal with. Stay away from them. Roger in new hampshire

We stayed in building 10 across from the pool and all the activities. The room was excellent and staff checking in and out were wonderful. The guy over the time share meeting was awful, pushy, and disrespectful towards me. He compared me to other people in the room and said I was stupid for not purchasing the loan they were offering. He was the manager skinny dark hair man very unprofessional.

This property is way overdue for updating. Upon leaving we were told to ask for Building 1-11 because they have been updated. Too late for that information for us. I hope this will help someone else when picking this location.

3 nights and was charged $130 for amenities that we didn’t use. We had our scheduled planned out, so wasn’t time to use the he amenity’s

We booked our Christmas gathering with Club Wyndham after getting burned by Hilton! We weren't really sure what our unit would actually look like other than the posted photos. The furnishings and the amenities surpassed our expectations. The kitchen is very well equipped with high-quality cookware and cooking utensils along with small appliances. Dry measuring cups would be a great addition...hint, hint. Club Wyndham needs to get on their cleaning contractor to ensure their staff do a more thorough job cleaning the units. Our family enjoyed the pools, the arcade and the spa pool. We were very happy with our stay at this property.

Love all the free options (arcade, movie theater, putt putt, etc) and the wonderful Turkey Trot event held on Thanksgiving morning! The units were a bit smaller compared to some but still definitely plenty big enough for us! The free options definitely make up for it!

Family-oriented vacation property. Our room was on the second floor, with a nice balcony, shaded and slightly concealed, facing the mini golf course. Our room was clean and spacious, and the property itself is well-maintained. Building 46, room 201A.

Wyndham Kings Gate, great place to stay and so much history in the triangle of Williamsburg, Yorktown, and Jamestown. Our suite had kitchenette, living room, bathroom, master bedroom which was very accommodating like having our own vacation home. Comfortable king bed, had breakfast each morning in our own dining area which helped save expenses on our trip. When not out and about - great space to relax in the living room with 4K 60" TV. Nice grounds with in/out door pools and hot tub which we used almost every day! Thanks to monster reservations for a great stay in a great location!
