Check-in was straightforward. They had a 24-hour snack and water counter where guests could purchase items for their rooms. Additionally, the restaurant offered gourmet coffee every morning for guests. The location was conveniently situated near the Newark Airport, making it easy to access.

I will say the floor was quiet we stayed in Room 616 and the rugs were not vacuumed. I found a nail under my bed and crumbs from the previous family I guess. When I went to shower there was someone’s small soap in the shower so it just meant the room was not properly cleaned. I pray my sheets were changed but I didn’t think about it and just went to bed. We stayed one night. The toilet paper roll was broken as well. I don’t want to sound like a negative person but I was not pleased on the cleanliness. The restaurant on site was too expensive for the food you get too. Don’t get the octopus appetizer too chewy.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff was friendly throughout my visit. I especially want to recognize the housekeeper, Elsa. She was amazing. She was kind, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Her attention to detail really made a difference and made my stay feel extra comfortable. I truly appreciate her excellent service.
