I like that it was clean. | I was told to ask for towels and housekeeping a day in advance no problem. Only problem is towels never came housekeeper never came for 2 days I asked for towels and the lady at the desk told me multiple times someone would bring them but I never got any towels. The sink in the bathroom was stopped up water barley went down. I read reviews about this being a nice hotel but I believe that those reviews are false.

The beds were comfortable enough. | Utilizing the elevators is very time consuming, as there are only two & they malfunction often. The garbage cans were too small. The provided coffee was not actual coffee, but a shot of espresso & the cream + sugar were nearly empty.

Location was very good walking distance to Mag Mile and restaurants. | Room was very small, with narrow hallways making it hard to maneuver. Bathroom had nowhere to put toiletries as there is just a sink and no counter. Two elevators that are very slow and small, and during busy times you are waiting forever.
