The hotel was very nice and clean. The staff was very courteous.

The location, this hotel was centrally located within walking distance to many sites. | The room could have used cleaner bed linens.

This would be a one star rating except the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was clean. But....the rest? When we arrived on late Friday afternoon we noticed the hallway was filthy, garbage bag just sitting there, old food on a table. It was not til Sunday morning that the hall was cleaned. There was a hole in the wall in our room where a side light had been removed. No room coffee pods replenished and when we asked for them we were told they were all out. The breakfast area was a mob scene, not clean. The only good thing about the hotel was the convenience to the flower show. All in all, a horrible hotel.
