The property has a stunning view of lake and mountains and it’s absolutely beautiful. It’s also located close to major attractions. | The pool was crowded and the security guard was asking around for room keys to identify guests.

The Cheyenne Mountain Resort was a fantastic place to host a meeting. Our event planning coordinator, Kasi, was attentive and helped enhance our group’s experience both on property and with local recommendations. Additionally, the catering staff was all you could hope for. The natural beauty of the property was an added bonus. Will definitely be back.

My team and I just wrapped up an exceptional visit at Cheyenne Mountain Resort. While our schedule didn’t allow much time to explore the amenities, the experience still far exceeded our expectations. Our coordinator, Kasi Dwyer, was outstanding—extremely reliable and supportive throughout the entire planning process. She seamlessly assisted with rooming logistics, boardroom access, on- and off-site meals, and truly helped bring the vision of our meeting to life. The property itself is stunning, with breathtaking views that elevated the entire experience. Our team had an amazing stay, and I would absolutely return. 10/10.

We’ve only been here for one day so far, but our stay has been wonderful. The grounds are well kept, we were greeted by the bellmen and the check in process was pleasant and the front desk attendant was very knowledgeable about the hotel amenities and how to navigate the grounds. Our room is very clean has a decent view of the mountain. I was up early looking for coffee before the cafe was open and Oliver noticed me, asked if I’d like a coffee and he got me one himself! Amazing service and great vibes from Oliver. We will be staying here again!

Definitely recommend the Cheyenne Mountain Resort even in their off season. We stayed 5 days and 4 nights. Our check in experience was flawless. There was a lot going on and Kylie at the front was very patient and gave her attention to whoever was in front of her. Kylie recommended the Alluvia spa to us as well. My masseuse was Emma. She gave the best massage, definitely recommend her if you stop in. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We had a beautiful view of the mountains and the golf course from our balcony. My favorite part about the stay was how great the staff were. There were few people we interacted with that didn’t impression upon us right away. Being comfortable with staff make you feel like you’re home. Esmeralda, a manager at the front desk gave us conversation, recommendations at the resort and in the Springs. We enjoyed her company so much, I forgot I had just met her. Above and Beyond would be Culley, I believe he was security. We got lost in the main lodge on our first day after walking back from our room. He saw us and guided us to where we needed to be. Gave us recommendations and my family of four a free ice cream token. Culley overheard me asking if there was anywhere I could buy a specific drink for my toddler with a dairy allergy. I was told there was no concession or shop open for drinks. A few minutes later, Culley walked into the restaurant we were eating in with the drink. He happened to overhear and did not have to do that but he did. I can’t wait to visit at a time when all of the amenities of the resort are open. There was still plenty to do and lots of fun that was had. Thank you to Esmeralda, Kylie and the new employee(so sorry I forgot her name) at the front desk. Culley and the awesome valet that shuttled us when it was cold. You all are amazing!

The hotel was very comfortable, view great, breakfast very good. The view from the room was of Cheyenne Mountain, beautiful to see the sunrise colours on the mountain side. We had a problem with the toilet flush, Jordan and Joe came and fixed it very quickly - friendly and efficient service. The door to the room kept sticking and they also fixed it with no fuss. Due to these problems Ashlyn kindly gave me a room credit which I used to buy lunch. Sadly, just like most hotels, you could hear the people upstairs walking around their room. Esmeralda was also very efficient when we checked out, we complemented her on the efficiency and friendliness of her staff.

Esmeralda was AWESOME!!!!! We missed the breakfast we had previously paid for. Without any hesitation; we didn’t even have to ask, Esmeralda took care of us right away. We will definitely be back to enjoy the beautiful views and say hello to Esmeralda thank you for having us.
