Front desk person was lovely! After settling in and finding the air conditioner not working she also offered to move us as no one available to check the unit. We opted to stay where we were (our mistake) | The room smelled strongly of smoke and when I unpacked clothes the next day they smelled from it. The air conditioner wasn’t working

I like the room in general, comfort and location. Enjoyed the breakfast, wish it would have had eggs. The staff was likeable but didn't go out of their way. | I bass fish a lot and have been to Guntersville before. This means I have a boat and I need power. Every room has a power pole but, you have to disconnect. There was so many construction vehicles, even a tractor trailer, I couldn't get to my room to even disconnect. Luckily there was a couple places to the end of the hotel I could chargew my batteries charged and leave the truck attached. The night before, none of those was available.

Good location | I thought all was very good, especially your helpful staff

The room smelled, and the door latch was difficult getting into the rm 319.

It was clean and at a good price.

Everyone was nice and the room was clean and comfortable.
