Due to purpose for my visit (family @ Mary Washington Hospital), ALL front desk staff was demonstrated exemplary customer and hospitality service. Specifically, wanted to thank LINDA (FRONT DESK) and Front Service Staff for warm and professionalism during our staff! Made out stay away from home very very welcoming! Much gratitude and continued professional growth! | There were not many things did not like - only two suggestion for housekeeping: please check lamps and lightening to make sure working properly! The cleanliness of the room beyond expectations! Thank you to the housekeeping staff! Second suggestion applying AAA discount, setup away customer/guest can get this discount applied to original cost of room. Thank you!!
