Le personnel de la réception a réglé sur place en quelques minutes le problème de facturation que j’ai débattu (en vain) avec le service à la clientèle de Booking.com malgré plusieurs interventions en ligne avec le service à la clientèle et 2 appels téléphoniques. Arrivé à l’hôtel, personnel courtois et à l’écoute, chambres très bien aménagées et spacieuses, lobby et déjeuners exceptionnels. Service de Booking absolument déplorable; première fois que j’avais besoin de leur assistance, je ferai en sorte que ce soit la dernière. | Rien à redire, au contraire!
Property is clean and modern and the staff were great. Hotel has a pool, jacuzzis and a great fire-pit to sit around at night. Good breakfast buffet. Location is great with a few restaurants across the street and a grocery store is a ten minute walk. We had an amazing stay and will be back.
