Location, friendly staff. | Mechanical noises disturbing the peace and quiet of the place. Bathroom extractor cannot be turned off. Other mechanical noises coming from the ceiling in the 4th floor. Annoying. The pool probably contained harsh chemicals. My son developed a mild to severe rash after using the pool. Not fun.
