The staff was really nice, attentive, and accommodating. We had a small incident where the inside catch opened up and locked us out. Micheal Taylor. Michael took care of it right away. The food was excellent! | Parking availability. I wish we didn't have to park in the convention center parking garage. The parking rates are too expensive

The price and location | Don't have any dislikes

Great beds, pillows, linens. Towels were okay but not very soft. Restaurant was open until 10pm which is convenient. Very clean hotel. | Only one waitress in the restaurant on a Thursday night with lots of patrons waiting to eat. She was nice but harried.

Staff was on point for positions held. Bell man Kevin directed us to an excellent restaurant in Chinatown. Jasmine was very accommodating and front desk will address remote concerns with maintenance.That you are pet friendly. Very convenient to Reading Terminal Market and Convention center. | Could not unload on Arch street, and no vouchers for parking. The lot was very full when we arrived due to the PHS flower show. A pet area for doggies would be a nice feature.

Restaurant closed while we were there. | Getting luggage from parking lot to room.

The location could not be bettee, is just on the town center. | We made a reservation through booking but when we arrived they charged the two rooms by separate and the price was much higuera than the booked. They refund us the money but we had to ask for that to two different recepcionist and wait until the check out to confirm they were going to refund the difference. On the other hand we thought parking was included but it wasnt, 10 dollars pero night and 40 dollars if you want to leave the car 24 hours, that was our case. So, you have to consider 40 dollars per day as extra payment.

Very clean, very comfortable | Nothing really….the Lobby alittle cramped, but that’s just nitpicking….

The fitness center is a joke.
