Amazing location, very good value for san francisco. Nice room! Free coffee, cookies and water at reception. They were nice to extend my check out a bit. | Noisy wardrobe room door. Key card kept getting deactivated easily, i had to go to reception to reactivate it 2-3 times.

Hotel antigo, mas bem conservado. Tem água, chá, café, chocolate e cookies a vontade na recepção. Localização excelente, em frente ao ponto do bonde e com a Union Square na esquina. Acesso fácil a vários pontos turísticos. O quarto tem bom tamanho com 2 camas de casal, vários travesseiros e boa roupa de cama. O banheiro é bom, toalhas brancas e limpas, com todas as amenidades necessárias. | Não possui ar condicionado, mas tem ventilador de teto e a janela abre uma parte. No verão deve fazer falta o ar condicionado, mas no fim de março foi tranquilo.
Great location except for the uphill walls that drained my energy a little. You got stations, trams and buses nearby that gets you to the Fisherman’s Wharf and other spots around the city. | Nothing to say. The stay was pleasant.
Appreciated the coffee machine, microwave and water fountain amenities to use each day. The addition of great cookies and popcorn machine in the evening were a really lovely surprise and treat to each day. Our room was quiet - was very impressed and comforted by that.
La ubicación es ideal para moverse por el centro y hacia otros barrios, ya sea caminando o en metro. La cama era muy cómoda y la disponibilidad de agua, fruta café y galletas en el lobby es un gran detalle. | Me tocó una habitación que no daba a la calle y por lo tanto era un poco oscura, sin embargo considerando que sólo utilicé el hotel para llegar a dormir después de un concierto, no fue una variable relevante.
