The restaurant staff and food were wonderful. Best coffee I have ever had!!

They over sold on the room on a king bed I had booked. So, they gave up my room and gave me a twin bedroom. The hotel doesn't have it's own parking lot. You have to pay for either valet or the public parking which is $32 a night. A very inconvenient stay to say the least.

Stayed here a week and they only clean my room twice! I had to ask the fro t desk every morning to have my room cleaned and their answer was they were short staffed or they would promise to clean the room. I’d return to the same messy room! Pretty unbelievable and unprofessional! Also, they would not restock the room with water. Also had to ask for this very basic service. One night I came back to my room and they restocked the water in my refrigerator but left the refrigerator door open. There is also an employee at the restaurant named Chloe - super rude! She told me hard boiled eggs take 15 mins. After 27 mins I asked and she said she already told me it takes a while. The restaurant was completely empty and there were plenty of staff. There are far bette hotels than this one! Do not waste your money or vacation here!
