I was promised a room with a view of Fisherman’s Wharf when I made our reservation. When we checked in, the room was TINY with a very small window overlooking a brick wall in the courtyard. We “upgraded” to a junior suite room on the outside - still small but functional. I don’t think they have rooms overlooking Fisherman’s Wharf. I recommend staying elsewhere.

The hotel was just ok. The staff we interacted with were nice and everything was fine but the hotel was nothing special. | The room was outdated and there wasn’t anything about it that felt nice or special.

Location is amazing, the rooms and beds are very comfortable. | Jose at the front desk was not very welcoming.

Hotel Zoe is located in a perfect spot. We walked to a lots of places, nice staff, cool premises the patio terrace area to be specific but we had an issue; Spiders. When we woke up, I turned on the lamp light and 2 spiders the size of a quarter were upon the wall between the bed rest and the nightstand. I managed to kill one, but the other one got away hiding between the wall and the carpet. Got dressed up and reported this to management at the lobby before heading for the restaurant and all I was told “We sorry, the come from the outside. We’ll send someone over in a bit”. After that, no one told me if they did anything about it or if they found anymore. We checked out about an hour later even though we wanted to stay one more night and just drove home. I left my backpack inside my truck and next day another spider identical to the one at the hotel came out. Believe me, the hotel is in a prime location, the staff is friendly, good amenities, but this matter requires a little more attention to keep guests informed of actions and updates implemented to keep the premises as free as possible of insects. Maybe a little chat right there and then to explained us what the corrective action was. Since that didn’t happen, we just decided not to stay another night. In my line of business, if AIB walks into something like that we get a fine, immediate order to correct the issue and a written plan implemented to avoid this from happening again regardless of how small or big the issue is. I really want to recommend your place, but this kinda disappointed me.

Everything was excellent . Room was amazing. Jose from the front desk was a pleasure to deal with. We are looking forward to returning in the near future. 10 out of 10

Clean and close to everything | Not having free breakfast

The location is great!! Close to the wharf, Trader Joe’s right down the street for quick snacks, and walkable to little Italy and Chinatown. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. We booked with our Chase Sapphire Reserve card and this location is such a great deal for that card’s booking, the value for the quality of stay here is superb. The restaurant attached is also genuinely very tasty, both breakfast and dinner! Friendly staff all around- Emelda checked us in and upgraded our room to a suite. We would absolutely stay here again. Room is clean, well furnished, and has great temperature control.
