Location and ambiance | Our room was very dark and did not have much lighting for the size of the room. Just bedside lights

Good location | The room was very damp and smelly, a lot smaller than advertised with no room for suitcases, no hair dryer in the room, and when I asked, I was told it was on a first come, first served basis. Cleaning lady woke us up at 8am for cleaning and then never cleaned the room even though we were out from 11am til 4pm. Bed also not very comfortable. Would not recommend at all.

Quiet, private, clean with a great breakfast and bar area. Having 2 pools was a bonus. | Nothing

Hate to give a highly rated place a bad review, but quite unsatisfactory. Not enough chairs to sit by the pool, and no sympathy from front desk. Not good, especially paying what we paid. Pool bar was nice. Room was dusty, moldy, and the tv did not work. Finally after two hours, maintenance man did a patch. Location was okay our porch looked over a roof.
