The Lodge was very nice, clean and friendly. The restaurant food was great. Gluten free Items would have been better for those of us who are gluten allergic to it. | More choices for restaurants.

Of the two hotels closest to Havasu Falls, this is by far the nicest. The property was clean and had an outdoor pool, hot tub, and on-site restaurant. The mattresses were comfortable, and the front desk staff was friendly. | The only downside was the nearby train, which could be heard throughout the night. Earplugs were available at the front desk.

I had two rooms booked & without informing me in advance took a holding fee not just if a couple hundred dollars but they took double the amount of what the rooms cost. I was travelling & hear the end of my vacation & there was a big drop in the funds I had access to. The holding amount was eventually returned one week after I returned home to my own country. Felt it was unfair to take twice amount without informing me & it left me short for the rest of my travelling. When I rang the lodge about it the receptionist was quite rude about it & not helpful. This is my only complaint. It's a shame as everything else was so nice. The atmosphere, cultural surroundings which was why I booked it. The restaurant was so good & the food was excellent & staff were so kind & accommodating as I'm vegetarian. 😊😊

The lodge was clean and the staff were super pleasant and helpful. The restaurant on-site was easy and the food was good. This made it super convenient to take the River Runners rafting tour as they meet in the lobby. There was a pool that was cool and refreshing and the hotel has a laundry facility. | N/A
