room was clean and comfortable | the housekeeper knocking on the door at 10:55am, it was not necessary and should have allowed us to leave at 11 as we were planning and did. Housekeepers should not knock on the doors anytime before 11am!

i actually enjoyed the place based on prior stays with no issues, the staff this particular time refused me due to my age being 20. i understand this is policy being enforced but i was unaware of it given i’d stayed there two times before with no problems or mentioning of that policy. everytime prior theyd checked my id and had no issues. | property is great

I’ve been trying to cancel since the minute it was booked. i need my money back j | this property is not clean

Properties clean, and well kept and the rooms are comfortable | The front desk staff, I believe in particularly Chris. He was hostile and rude and I have booked here several times and I was going to rebook the room, but he refused to rent it to me again only because I asked for a late checkout so I could wait for my ride to reload my funds onto my card. I left the room clean as I always do and I’m always very polite to everybody. But his attitude to us was very uncalled for. I did not appreciate being insulted by the staff and discriminated against and as far as continuing to stay here, I don’t think I’ll be doing that anymore considering this experience that I just had with this gentleman and I’ve stayed here several times before, and I really like this property, but I will not tolerate that kind of treatment that behavior in that hostility and aggression.
