Mayflower is my favorite place to stay in Seattle! Quaint and with a European type of vibe. It is close to everything and the staff is always friendly and helpful! Love that Oliver’s, a great bar, is right there by the elevators!

The room was spectaculary large - I had a lovely view of the city. Nice black out curtains. The bed was very comfortable and there was a sitting are in my room with a bar area and nice large closet and bathroom. It was nice to have the bar downstairs - and a free welcome drink to boot. | the only drawback was the bathroom sink was slow to drain and the shower control valve was difficult to manage - maybe needs a new one.

The hotel's location is exceptional, being within easy walking distance of the light rail and the famous Pike Place Market. I personally loved the overall style of the hotel, and the staff were very friendly. | However, there was a significant downside: my room happened to face the large ventilation fans of the hotel and the adjacent building. Since the windows were not fully soundproof, the loud, low-frequency humming noise affected my sleep all night. Although the morning front desk staff promised to assist with a room change, the night shift had not been informed of this request and stated that no other rooms were available. Despite everything else being very comfortable, this critical issue prevented me from getting a good night's rest.

The bed was incredibly comfortable and they had great pillows.. better than most places that I've stayed recently! Everything was very clean, well-decorated and in perfect condition. Noon checkout is a plus, and attentive staff, especially Cody. Helpful doormen, as well.
