Good location for shops restaurants and tours transport links -historic cable car,city and bay tours all within 10 mins walk. View of Golden Gate Bridge from 5 th floor room Requested provision of kettle for room which was useful. | Noisy at night due to road sweeping Limited provision for breakfast.
The staff on reception and the bar area were friendly the location was perfect and the bed was very comfy | I wanted to book the park and play for our stay but after speaking to several different dept before we arrived we were unable to do this parking was very expensive and we stayed for 3 nights with 2 rooms I think we should of been able to take advantage of this parking offer as we were staying at the hotel
