Good location, spacious room and bathroom, TV net casting ability. Comfortable bed. Nice products in the bathroom | They never replied to my enquiries via booking.com. I was arriving after midnight and checkin was listed 3pm to 11.30pm only. There was a night person but very poor communication. Then to find several extra charges including charges for WIFI!

Location was great, easy walking distance to attractions and metro. Staff were friendly. | Room could have been prepped better. There was only one water glass in the room, towel selection was lacking and for a boutique hotel, the in room coffee could have been lots better than a tea bag with coffee in it.

I love how friendly the staff were | The reason I choose this property was for the balcony but was not informed that I couldn’t smoke on balcony until I arrived. Would have loved for them to have that information online.

The reception staff was very helpful! I was also impressed by the hotel's spotless cleanness, and by the quality of facilities. One of the best hotels I have stayed in DC! | It's not the hotel's fault but I guess someone was smoking a lot on the balcony and sometimes the odor of smoke came into my room when I was opening the balcony window.

Locatia este super ok ! Aproape de toate obiectivele turistice. Casa Alba este la 10 min de mers pe jos . Camera destul de mare si calduroasa . Baiatul de la micul dejun … super ok . Cu un vibe super!!! Mancarea buna la restaurantul lor si preturi bune ! Camera este dotata cu fier de calcat si umbrela . Pe noi chiar ne a ajutat mult umbrela . De asemenea mai are si fierbator si expresor de cafea . | Curatenia , este facuta de suprafata . Era plina de praf ! Ghiuveta plina de par ! Urat … Nu au papuci in camera . Geamurile ar trebui reglate zici ca efectiv este deschisa usa . Se aude foarte rau zgomotul.
