Very clean and well Maintained. Rooms were Awesome. Although we didn’t use it cause we had a car, the hotel provided shuttle service to downtown Key west! | If you go to the beach, you have to pay huge money for chairs and umbrella. $20 per chair and $20 per umbrella. So a family of 4 would have to pay $100 usd for one beach day. Thats pure gouging. For the money you pay for this hotel, one set should be provided at min. Also no breakfast included that for the price should be. They only provided coffee.

Location | Pool was very small and overpopulated given the hotel capacity. Drinks were highly over priced, were not made to standards of a resort.. margaritas were cheap with sour mix versus authentic given the place is name Margaritaville.

Absolutely amazing experience. The ambience was fantastic and the room was great. Right across the street from smathers beach. Just walk over. Plus the shuttles taking you into town and airport for free was a great perk. Big shout out to Yveline at the front desk for being such a sweetheart. I will happily be back!

Stayed at the Beach House, Key West. Room was large and very comfortable. Gary at the front desk is the best, always answered my questions and helped me out, he is a gem

The trip to Key West was fantastic. Six of us were staying at the Margaritaville Beach House. From the moment we walked into the bar on day one of our visit our bartenders, Levan and Beidy brought incredible energy, fun and professionalism to our vacation. They handled a busy crowd effortlessly and still made us feel like VIPs! Every drink was made perfectly! It was easy to see they were experts in their craft! What really made them stand out is their ability to engage without being overbearing, naturally funny, genuine and upbeat the entire 4 days we were there! In a town full of great spots, service like this stood out! Levan and Beidy didn’t just serve drinks-they elevated our entire Key West experience!!! We’re going back the next time we’re in town!

Shuttle service was great - wish it would have had a couple different stops and not just one. | The maid only cleaned are room once in four days :(

The property overall has a nice look. But when you look hard at it and experience staying there they have some work to do. I did make my suggestions on mini reviews and they did try to make things better. But there were five or six things they got feedback on and that is too many for the cost of the room.

Gary and Yveline were so welcoming from The minute we arrived to every time we saw them/walked in from being gone. So fun and so nice!
