My stay was good until Thursday 3/12/26, I spotted two cockroaches on the counter and in the sink. Alerted the front desk and told the lady what I saw. She took note of my room number and I went to work. Upon returning I walked in my room hoping there had been some sort of spray application but I walked in on now 3 roaches, 2 pin the counter and one in the dishwasher.

NOTHING. DO NOT STAY HERE. | The room was infested with roaches and one of the bedrooms had a wasp nest with active wasps in there. Also the bed broke, the door knob in the room came off, the showers are corroded, and front desk girl Rena was really rude on the phone.

On arrival, I was assigned a room with the key malfunctioning. Assigned another room in the next building (8). Room was very big and clean. | The area was a bit sketchy with some of the residents as this was an extended stay. A LOT of smoking and the smoke crept into my room. Most likely not staying there again for questionable safety. Around 2:30am I woke up to people shouting outside.

The community is quiet and beautiful. The room layout is amazing and clean. The bed quilt and pillow are comfortable. Parking charge is ten dollars per day per car. Breakfast is good. | The air condition controller in my room was on work， Anyway, the maintainer provide repairing service even very late.

Space just like an apartment concept Good. People working @ desk friendly. | Dirty, not clean enough, ants in rooms on furniture. Lots of garbage. Local resident living @ the facility. Smoking smell in rooms, noise neighbors @ 2:30 am. People screaming running around. Far to many issues to name.

I definitely love the space and the rooms. The breakfast was pretty good, but I wish the front desk staff had informed us that breakfast ended at 9 AM. We arrived at 8:30 and were only able to have pancakes, eggs, and sausage—no potatoes were available. | Unfortunately, I was only able to shower my one-year-old, which was a bit challenging because the room with the bathtub didn't have a stopper for baths.
