Very nice area and easily accessible to down town. | The pool wasn’t ready yet and the hot tub wasn’t very warm.

Could have a little more options. Was very limited options. | Bathrooms needed to be updated lose hollow tiles, needed at least 2 more bath towels. Room on other side of the wall wasn't very sound proof.

Traditional Decor. | Poor location, difficult to get to the old town. Room was very dark. Breakfast was very poor and was charged for. Pool was closed for the time we were there. This was not a resort and should not charge a resort fee.

The staff is extremely friendly, Jessica Calabaza helps us to check in. Before I decide to book this hotel, I called to confirm that they have refrigerator and microwave in the room. We discover that the room did not have a microwave and refrigerator which was a big surprise by us. . When I express my concern to Jessica, she explains that the hotel is doing renovation and can call the maintenance to have them deliver and install right away . Before we bring our luggage from car to the room, the technician is already in the room doing installation. We drink a lot of water, Jessica is nice enough to provide us enough water during our stay. She is patiently answers all my question and writes down the places worth to visit while our stay in Santa Fe. The continental breakfast buffet is good, we really enjoy our stay there. | The hotel is doing renovation, so some of the faculties have not been updated.
