Staff was very nice. | Bed was not comfortable, could feel springs. Room was very loud, could hear upstairs/anytime water turned on. Staff was very nice, room was basic but clean. Towels were sad and tiny.

Each staff member was so welcoming, provided great customer service. The breakfast was exceptional felt like a restaurant not what you would expect from a hotel. Did not get to experience the pool but from my balcony I saw that it stayed clean at all times. | The mini fridge was not cold at all so did not use. There was nothing beyond that I felt was negative about.

Der Ausblick aufs Meer, Innenpool und Hot tub, auch wenn man danach nach draußen muss, um ins Zimmer zu gelangen. Frühstück gut, es gibt ungesüsstes Apfelmus, Joghurt usw. Zimmer sauber und geräumig, im Bad eine Wärmelampe, hilft, die Badesachen trocken zu bekommen. | Laut booking com habe ich Genius Level mit kostenlosen zimmerupgrades. Mir wurde ein Upgrade mit 2 queensize Betten angeboten aber gegen Gebühr. Die wusste nichts von kostenlosem Upgrade!

I asked for quiet, got it! Didn’t expect that the rest would be so perfect. Enjoyed my mini vacation immensely thanks to staff and lodging. | Breakfast could offer healthier options, organic. Wishing that outside lights, near room could be off.

Staff was great. Very friendly and accommodating. ALWAYS MAKING SURE WE WERE COMFORTABLE AND HAD EVERYTHING WE NEEDED. Breakfast was very good. Loved the waffles.
