The location is fantastic if you are going to Providence Park for a game or just exploring the area. The rooms are large and spacious. We have stayed at this property twice and both times have been excellent. The mattresses are comfortable and the rooms are quiet for being in the heart of the city. There is a sofa bed in the room and the front desk staff had the bed made up for us so when we got back from the game it was ready to go. | Nothing. This is our preferred property to stay at when visiting Portland.

Everything was great - ambiance, decor, cleanliness, attentiveness of the staff, design of the room, and location. We were able to store our luggage before early check-in time, offered umbrellas for the rain and plates/silverware for our room, and upgraded room due to the nature of our stay. Really couldn't ask for better customer service. Happened to score free garage parking too! All of the staff were so kind and pleasant. Ken, the concierge, was awesome! Very helpful and personable. | Only a few minor issues that did not truly affect our stay but should receive some attention - sofa in the suites are old and peeling and should be replaced instead of the sofa cover. Lol the cover flew up and sofa particles went flying. The bathroom sink drained extremely slow - it stayed full of water until it drained.
