The property was clean, great location, staff was exceptional restaurant food was good also

Excelente ubicacion y muy amables el personal del restaurant | Nos hicieron un cargo al ingresar por deposito y duraron casi 1 mes para regresar el deposito. Siendo que serian solo 72 horas. Muy mal

It's a beautliful hotel and easy to get to from the airport. It's also near the aquarium. | When I arrived, the bedside light didn't work. The engineer came up to fix it straight away and within 15 minutes it was flickering. The maids did not clean the room until the afternoon, knocked on the door at 2.30 when we were resting, then we vacated the room so they could clean and they didn't. I had to go to reception again to ask for it to be cleaned. The next day, I asked for it to be cleaned in the morning and was met at reception with, "they usually go in a certain order." To be honest, cleaning my room at 5pm is not acceptable. There was ONE nice and competent guy called Dwight. He understands customer service (which doesn't involve arguing with the guests about what time their room gets cleaned). He was super helpful.

The restaurant has really stepped up their pace since the last time I stayed in this hotel. Everything was amazing from cocktails to our meal. The staff especially Jerome are amazing.!!!! | this sounds minor, but when you’re trying to get going out of town, nothing’s better than a piping hot cup of coffee to start your pace in the morning. The in room coffee is not to my liking and I ordered a pot every morning. The only negative is it takes a solid hour to get a pot of coffee, which is basically not acceptable
