The whole experience was horrible

Location, pet friendly | My initial room had a broken toilet seat, towel rack that was not attached and bugs. It was in a general state of disrepair. My replacement room was improved but the sink faucet was unattached and swiveled freely while using it.

Staff was friendly. | The bed was clean but that was about it. Overall, the whole building is very run down and need of repairs.
Nasty, wouldn’t take anyone there. My daughter pulled a crusty sock out from under the bed.
